Sheboygan County has a new program for adults with developmental disabilities.  Foundations of Community Living is a new life skills program serving the needs of adults with developmental disabilities and cognitive impairments. We are now accepting applications for the winter term of 2014/2015.


Our program is:


Lifelong Learning- A fun, relaxed environment. We build the skills so you become more independent, more confident, and continue to grow.


Technology Focused- Professional IT specialist on staff will provide training on the most up to date applications and individualize them for the best fit.


Community Driven- Newly renovated downtown campus in the heart of the Arts and Culture District. Stroll to Fountain Park, Farmers Market, Kohler Arts Center, restaurants, shops, Mead Library, and the Lake Michigan shoreline.


Personalized Service- We get to know you and help you achieve your goals. Not only do we have a small staffing ratio; but we keep our numbers small, so you or your loved one will never feel lost in the crowd. Educated, professional staff tailors the program to your specific needs.
